Core Features

Fast RFID Scanning

Scan tags quickly with a smooth workflow designed for handheld devices. Results stay readable and consistent while you work.

Clean Tag Data

Keep consistent tag values for matching and reporting. Supports decoding and standardization rules so your scans align with your inventory lists.

Offline Sessions

Save scans locally as sessions. Resume later, review history, and export reports anytime — even without internet.

Accurate Counts

Track quantities and totals clearly. Ideal for stock takes, warehouse counts, and shop-floor verification.

CSV Import / Export

Import lists and export results with the built-in file picker. Supports comma, semicolon, or tab separated files.

Compare Inventory

Compare two inventories (baseline vs current scan) and instantly get: Missing items, Extra items, and Quantity Changes. Export discrepancy reports in one tap.

How It Works

1) Create or Import

Start a new session or import your baseline inventory list from CSV.

2) Scan Inventory

Scan tags during your stock take. Scanify Plus saves counts locally as you go.

3) Compare

Select a baseline and a current session to generate missing / extra / changed quantity results.

4) Export & Share

Export the full count or only discrepancies (missing, extra, changed) to CSV and share instantly.

CSV Format

Your file can be comma, semicolon, or tab separated. Use a structure like this:

TAG_TEXT,NAME,QUANTITY
SCUF-250020,Red Shirt,12
SCUF-250021,Blue Shirt,5

Tip: Use the same key (TAG_TEXT / EPC / SKU) in both inventories so Compare Inventory matches perfectly.
